Referral Programme - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 18 or over who have an active Connectd account or are expressly invited by Connectd (“Referrers”).

2. Programme Rewards

• £250 for each successful referral that signs up for a Transition To Portfolio pathway.
   
• £100 for every three successful referrals that sign up to a Connectd Startup membership (unlimited startups).
   
• Additional non-monetary benefits (e.g. Access to exclusive connector and additional ambassador benefits and rewards) are discretionary and not guaranteed.

3. Qualifying Referrals

A referral is considered “successful” only when the referred person or company:

1. Is a new Connectd customer with no existing or previous paid subscription;
    
2. Completes sign-up and makes the required payment as agreed with Connectd; and
    
3. Remains an active paying customer for at least 30 days (or other period specified by Connectd).

4. Payment of Rewards

Rewards are paid in GBP by bank transfer or another method chosen by Connectd, typically within 30 days after the qualifying period. Referrers are responsible for any taxes, fees or reporting obligations arising from the reward.

5. Programme Conduct

Referrers must represent Connectd honestly and may not:

• Mislead or misrepresent Connectd’s services;
   
• Use spam, unsolicited emails, or paid advertising to promote referral links;
   
• Infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Limits & Adjustments

Connectd reserves the right to verify all referrals, refuse or cancel rewards at their sole discretion, not limited to if fraud or abuse is suspected, and limit the number of rewards per individual at its discretion. Rewards are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash other than as expressly stated.

7. Termination & Changes

Connectd may modify, suspend, or terminate the programme or these terms at any time without prior notice. Any rewards earned before termination will be honoured if all qualifying conditions are met.

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected in connection with this programme will be processed in accordance with Connectd’s Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. Sign-Up Acknowledgement

By participating you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
