We conducted a study of 50 Gen Z founders and compared the results with 50 founders over the age of 25. The results highlighted the areas in which Gen Z founders are facing challenges, including talent acquisition, economic turbulence, and skills and knowledge gaps. Yet Gen Z emerge from this research as determined, open to advice and willing to embrace technology to overcome the obstacles in their way.
