-Experience as a social media manager (3+ years experience working in a social based role)

-Experience in creating and executing social media strategies (hands on experience) 

-Knowledge of best practices for organic social media activity across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok

-Knowledge of Adobe suite and premier video editing software for podcast editing and video clips for social media

- Ideally have experience with personal branding/personal PR

What the job involves

  • Help shape and deliver on the company social media strategy
  • Update social media content cross channels (LinkedIn, Instagram & TikTok)
  • Support in the syndication and growth of the new podcast - Big Risk Energy
  • Continue to identify with online communities, customers and followers across social
  • Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network of ambassadors
  • Create written and educational content for Connectd staff members to help elevate their respective personal brands. Utilisation of AI and automated software to help streamline tasks in this area.  
  • Keep abreast of the latest martech software and social media trends and feed these back across the marketing team
