What the job involves

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with a focus on enabling customers to build successful and lasting engagement communities
  • Operate as the main point of contact for customer adoption by working closely with sales, pre-sales, onboarding, support and marketing teams to ensure customer success through the entire customer lifecycle
  • Onboarding customers on to Connectd and ensuring customers remain satisfied with the Connectd platform
  • Ensure our CRM (HubSpot) is up to date and maintained on a daily basis
  • Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback of identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager
  • Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
