Anne has decades of hands-on business experience both in the UK and globally, covering a variety of sectors both as an Executive Director and a NED She is passionate about working with business owners and leaders during periods of acceleration and growth when the challenges and opportunities for leaders in terms of how they develop themselves and set the right climate for their organisations are intense and critically important. She has been directly involved with mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and periods of significant business growth and shrinkage. She now combines a NED portfolio with a successful Board Advisory practice.
